Stonewall Summer Party
Stonewall's Summer Party 2017 was a great night, with DJ sets from Adele Roberts, Gok Wan, Fleur East and Cora Delaney.
The team at Stonewall invited me along to capture their summer party this year, and it was a brilliant party and fundraising event, sponsored by Absolut.
The party marked the 50th anniversary of the partial decriminalisation of homosexuality in England and Wales, providing an opportunity to celebrate Stonewall's progress, but also to look ahead at the work it still has left to do.
There were DJ sets from Adele Roberts, Gok Wan, Fleur East and Cora Delaney, keeping the party going all night long. Guests at the party had the opportunity to take part in a silent auction, luxury raffle and even a golden ticket draw, like something out of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory!
Some of my favourite photos from the night can be seen below.
Stonewall's Annual Equality Dinner 2017
Stonewall's annual dinner is always colourful, loud and a lot of fun!
I was thrilled to be asked for the third consecutive year to photograph the annual Equality Dinner for Stonewall, the UK's leading charity for the LGBT community.
The dress code, 'dress to impress', allows guests of the dinner to dress how they like, and experience now tells me there are always some great outfits on display!
Stonewall is a fantastic charity and I always enjoy working with their team. I'm already looking forward to the next event coming up soon.
Here are some of my favourite shots from the evening.
#Pride2016
Loud, colourful, vibrant, energetic and proud? It's the 2016 London Pride March with Stonewall.
Last weekend I was chuffed to be invited along by Stonewall to photograph their group marching in the annual London Pride March. Stonewall's group was the biggest of all the groups marching, with over 400 people committed to equality for the whole LGBT community. With bright red t-shirts, you couldn't miss the Stonewall contingent!
The sun shined for almost all of the march until right at the end, at which point most people found it quite refreshing. As the group marched towards Whitehall, the Red Arrows flew over head, which was an incredible sight!
Stonewall is a fantastic charity - if you don't know anything about them, I urge you to check out what they do for so many people across the UK.

The 10th Annual Stonewall Awards
The Victoria & Albert Museum in London hosted this inspiring awards ceremony.
Back in November I was very excited to be asked by the team at Stonewall, the UK's leading LGBT charity, to come along and capture their annual awards ceremony at one of my favourite venues, the Victoria and Albert Museum in Kensington.
The awards were presented by the one and only Sir Ian McKellen, co-founder of the charity itself. He was full of energy, warmth and love, which made for an entertaining evening. The awards themselves were varied, including the publication of the decade, politician of the decade, writer of the decade and sportsperson of the decade to name a few.
Nigel Owens, the Welsh referee who officiated the 2015 Rugby World Cup Final at Twickenham, won the sportsperson of the decade and he gave a very moving acceptance speech which had most of the room holding back the tears.
It was an honour to photograph the event and I'm very much looking forward to working with Stonewall again. Some of my favourite photos from the event...
