I specialise in corporate headshot photography for London businesses of all sizes. Whether you’re a small startup in need of your first batch of headshots, or a large business that has decided it’s time to refresh the headshots for everyone in the organisation, I would love to help. I have spent, and continue to spend, a lot of time training in not just the technical aspects of headshot photography, but also the soft skills. I’m sure you’ll agree, there’s no point having great camera and lighting skills if the person being photographed isn’t relaxed and feeling good. I am able to help people look their best in just a short space of time, through the use of posing and expression coaching. Once someone feels good being in front of the camera, it’s so much easier to get a great photo.
I don’t have a studio, so I come to you, saving you time and hassle.
I come to you, and I bring with me everything I need to set up a ‘pop-up’ studio. Most of the time I set this up in a large meeting room, in order to have enough space for headshots but also to allow for privacy. Most people don’t enjoy having their colleagues teasing them whilst they try and relax in front of the camera. I kindly ask my clients to clear the room beforehand, ideally moving any chairs and tables to the side or out of the room if possible.
Working together for the best result
A great headshot requires both the photographer’s skill and the subject’s effort. When the subject follows the photographer’s advice, the results improve. I connect my camera to a laptop so each photo appears on a large screen instantly. This lets me show my clients how adjustments enhance their image, helping them see the value of my experience and knowledge.
It normally takes no more than ten minutes with each person in order to get a great headshot. That allows enough time to take a selection of photos, and work with them to ensure they get a photo they are happy with.
